STREAM is thermal fluid analysis software utilizing structured mesh (Cartesian and cylindrical mesh).
STREAM has been used in various fields since the release of first version in 1984, and it became general-purpose thermal fluid analysis software having a lot of analytical functions. Moreover, the domestic total sales number exceeded 1000 in April, 2005, and it became popular software both in name and in reality.

Feature
STREAM V7STREAM using the structured mesh can provide you the extraordinary performance in meshing and in computation speed. Its performance is maximized especially for the applications that do not require precise reproduction of minute curves to predict the flow.
As for discretization method, finite volume method is used as it is common for thermal fluid analysis, and STREAM can calculate 1 million mesh model with less than 300 MB.
In addition, various useful functions such as VB interface and a user function with a table input type are provided for a user to customize.

To customers who simulate on a model that has many parts, that is mainly composed of rectangular shape parts, and that has curves and slopes but they could be expressed like stairs shape without having an adverse effect in the flow field or thermal conductance such as an analysis of indoor air conditioning, environmental assessment of wind, and electronics.
